Academy Health Services Visit

This page will help you prepare for your visit at the Auburn Academy Infirmary or Mental Health Centre.

Before You Arrive

All visits, with the exception of emergency visits, are by appointment only. Be sure to make an appointment and double check its date, time, and location. Respond to any messages from your provider and prepare any requested materials and forms.

When You Arrive

Upon arrival, check in at the information desk with your full name and date of birth (or your Foximity Card) to receive a building pass. Please aim to check in here at least fifteen to thirty minutes before your appointment.
