This page will help you prepare for your digital (telehealth) appointment with Auburn Health Services.
All telehealth encounters are by appointment only. Be sure to make an appointment and double check its date and time. Respond to any messages from your physician or clinic.
Check that you can access your HealthyAuburn portal and the eVisit app within the portal. If this is your first time using the portal or eVisit, instructions will have been sent with your appointment confirmation. Contact your physician's clinic if you experience difficulties.
Log on to HealthAuburn and eVisit at least fifteen minutes before the start of your appointment. You will be automatically placed into a virtual waiting room, then moved to a video conference with your physician.
New patients may not elect digital visits. Your first appointment must be in-person.
