Outpatient Visit

This page will help you prepare for your outpatient visit, including same-day surgery visits and laboratory or diagnostic tests, at Auburn General Hospital.

Before You Arrive

All outpatient visits are by appointment only. Be sure to make an appointment and double check its date, time, and location. Respond to any messages from your physician or clinic and bring any requested forms and materials.

Transportation

There is no parking available at Auburn General. The Auburn Underground District line stops at Aviation station, right outside the main entrance.

When You Arrive

Upon arrival, enter through the main entrance and complete the security screening. Check in at the information desk with your full name and date of birth to receive a building pass. The staff members at the information desk can also point you towards the clinic you are visiting. Take the lift or the stairs and check in to the specific clinic in the lobby on your clinic's floor. Please aim to check in here at least fifteen to thirty minutes before your appointment.

New Patients

All new patients will need to fill out several forms to allow us to provide you with the best care possible and to enter your information into our electronic medical record system.
